The Frederick Warriors lost in the semifinals to the Windsor Wizards 19-0 on Saturday, Nov. 26, 2011, ending their Cinderella run through the playoffs. Windsor will face the Silver Creek Raptors in the state championship game.

Skyline clinches league title; beats Frederick, 1-0
The Skyline Falcons girls soccer squad clinched the 4A Tri-Valley League title for the first time Thursday, April 28, 2011, with a 1-0 win over Frederick. Deandra Elcock’s goal in the first half was the only score to sneak past Frederick’s Alex Godinez, who had 16 saves. The title is the first for the Falcons in the teams’ history.
