Longmont Mayor race tight as votes are tallied
Longmont voters hit the polls Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2011, and after a long night of anticipation the city of Longmont mayoral race at times was separated by less than 100 votes. Incumbent Bryan Baum trailed challenger Dennis Coombs from the onset. In other city races Brian Bagley took Ward 1, Bonnie Finley took Ward 3, and Sarah Levison retained her Member At-Large seat.
