Bluebird Mine
A grand opening is held at the Bluebird Mine complex on the Caribou Ranch Open Space northwest of Nederland on Thursday, July 1, 2010. March Snow Fall
Snow falls in the St. Vrain Valley just days before the first day of Spring. According to records, if the storm drops 6.2 inches or more, Longmont’s snow total for the season will break into the top 10 snowiest years on record. As of noon Longmont had received 5.3 inches of snowfall, bringing the seasonal total to 59 inches.
